Various types of online chemcial analyers can be easily installed for real-time analysis at the production line, assisting traditional laboratories in accurately monitoring the concentration of production line liquids, thereby enhancing product quality.

These instruments can be applied in semiconductor testing and printed circuit board industries for the detection of various process liquid concentrations, such as Cu2+, NaOH, HCHO, CuSO4, Fe3+, Fe2+, Cu2+, and customized stripping solution detection.

The analyzers primarily utilize spectrophotometers and titration inspection methods for automatic continuous analysis of liquids, and they also cater to customized requirements.

    Installed at the equipment side, it circulates and extracts the liquid, providing real-time measurements of liquid concentration.
    Cu2+ online liquid analysis:
    Cu2+ analysis is conducted using a spectrophotometer for real-time analysis of liquid concentration.
    NaOH, HCHO online liquid analysis:
    NaOH and HCHO analysis is performed using a pH electrode titration method for analysis. (Analysis time for each: 20 minutes)
